Back in the state, Saha pivoted to local commerce at an Agartala blood drive. He promised a government push to modernize markets and stalls across the state to clean up operations and provide better amenities for traders and buyers. He tasked market committees with keeping business fair and weeding out malpractice in these hubs.

On the political front, the Chief Minister confirmed that the alliance talks with Tipra Motha are still in the preliminary stage. He stated that the party's central leadership is reviewing the proposal but has yet to make a final call. Beyond internal politics, Saha signaled he would lean on the federal government to block any further cuts to flight services, citing the need to keep the state’s economy linked to the outside world.
