Peren, Tseminyu and Pungro Schedule Monthly Planning Board Meetings

Kohima: Planning boards across three districts are gearing up for monthly sessions. Peren kicks things off first. The District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meets August 6 at 11 a.m. inside the Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall. Danyi Domeh, the District Planning Officer and member secretary, confirmed the agenda includes the opening of the Green Peren Outlet in Jalukie after the meeting wraps up. All members need to be there.

Tseminyu officials have set an identical schedule. Lolezo Lawrence Tsukru, the District Planning Officer and member secretary, announced the DPDB meeting for August 6, 2026. This session also starts at 11 a.m. inside the Deputy Commissioner’s Office conference hall. Tsukru reminded all board members to "take note of the timing and attend the meeting positively."

Pungro officials will gather a few days later. Additional Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman Hotolu Sema confirmed the Sub Divisional Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) meeting will happen August 10, 2026. The session starts at 11 a.m. in the ADC’s office. All SDPDB members must attend as scheduled.
