International Trade Expo Opens Doors in Kohima

Kohima: The International Trade Expo kicked off November 5 at the Super Market Complex in Kohima. It sits below the KMC office and across from Union Baptist Church. Mhalevilie Sote, BRC Kohima, opened the event with a prayer. The Vitho Society Kohima organized the show alongside Kohima A1 City Bazar.

Vendors are packed into the space with items from all over. Shoppers can find Kashmir shawls, Afghanistan dried fruit, Bangladesh garments, and herbal medicine. The stalls also stock kitchenware, Thailand jewelry, carpets, sofas, Rajasthan achar, black pottery from Ukhrul, and Punjab juti. Samruddhi unbreakable plastic products and a Geeta Book stall are present too, along with Kolkata interior furniture.

The event runs until November 20. Doors open at 9:00 AM and stay open until 7:00 PM daily. Organizers remain focused on providing a wide variety of goods for the local market.
