Pune Institute of Business Management Opens First Northeast Campus in Guwahati

Guwahati: Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu cut the ribbon on the Pune Institute of Business Management campus in Khanapara today. This move marks the school's entry into the Northeast. The institution holds NAAC A accreditation and AICTE approval. It focuses on practical management skills and industry-linked learning.

Nearly 75 students signed up for the first MBA class starting this year. The facility aims to increase regional access to high-level business studies. Pegu believes the campus will bolster development across the region. He expects the school to prioritize learning and innovation.

"I hope that the campus will contribute to learning, innovation and excellence in the region," Pegu said. Faculty and students are now preparing for their new academic journey. The school offers specialized exposure to modern management practices to ready graduates for the workforce.
