Kohima: Pensioners in Peren and Pfutsero must show up for annual physical verification next month. The State DIPR warned that no extensions will be granted. If you miss the window, your pension payments stop. Officials stated, "Pensioners who have registered on the Jeevan Pramaan portal, generated a Digital Life Certificate (DLC), and successfully mapped it with the respective pension payment/treasury application will be exempted from physical verification and submission of the Life/Family Verification Form."
The Senior Treasury Office in Peren hosts checks from October 12 to 14. Tening Circle reports on October 12. Jalukie, Ngwalwa, and Athibung follow on October 13. Peren Circle closes the process on October 14. Pensioners need a Life Certificate, ID card, Aadhaar, bank passbook, and two photos. Bring a birth certificate and a first-class Magistrate affidavit if your PPO book and Aadhaar data do not match.
Pfutsero holds verification from October 7 to 9. Daily hours run from 10 am to 3 pm at the Sub-Treasury Office. Check your serial numbers. On October 7, life pensioners 1 to 200 and family pensioners 1 to 50 appear. October 8 covers life pensioners 201 to 400 and family pensioners 51 to 250. Everything else goes on October 9. You need your PPO book, a gazetted officer-verified Life or Family Certificate, Aadhaar, passport copies, bank passbook, and a renewed pension ID.
