Kohima: Pensioners drawing funds from the Kohima South Treasury must report for annual physical verification between October 12 and October 30. The window runs during regular office hours. Neikedoi Paphino, the Sub Treasury Officer, confirmed that the mandate covers both life and family pensioners for the 2026-27 period.

Officials want users to register and generate a Digital Life Certificate via the Jeevan Pramaan app. Those who cannot complete this digital process must show up in person at the treasury office. You have a deadline.

Bring your PPO book, a passport-sized photo taken within the last six months, and a life certificate that has been duly attested. Do not miss this window. "Pensioners who fail to complete the annual physical verification within the prescribed period may result to withholding of pension payment as applicable under the relevant pension rules, until the required verification is duly completed," said Paphino.
