Nagaland Health Agency Drops 10 Hospitals From Insurance Scheme

Kohima: The Nagaland Health Protection Society pulled the plug on 10 hospitals currently covered under the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme for Employees and Pensioners. These facilities are no longer part of the network. Beneficiaries must now head elsewhere for medical coverage.

The list of cut facilities includes several Fortis Hospital locations: Faridabad, Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru, Mulund, Shalimar Bagh in New Delhi, Punjab, Jaipur, Kolkata, and another Fortis site in Bengaluru. The agency also removed SL Raheja Hospital in Mumbai and Dispur Hospital in Assam.

NHPS issued a blunt warning to all scheme participants. "NHPS advised beneficiaries to verify the empanelment status of hospitals before seeking treatment to ensure access to cashless healthcare services."
