Nagaland Cuts Ties With Ten Hospitals Under State Health Scheme

Kohima: The Nagaland Health Protection Society yanked ten hospitals from the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme for employees and pensioners. This sudden move affects nine Fortis facilities nationwide and Dispur Hospital in Assam. Patients must change their plans.

The hit list includes Fortis Hospital Limited in Faridabad, Haryana, and two locations in Bengaluru on Bannerghatta Road and elsewhere. It also drops SL Raheja Hospital in Mumbai, the Fortis branch in Mulund, Maharashtra, and the Shalimar Bagh site in New Delhi. Facilities in Punjab, Jaipur, Kolkata, and the Dispur Hospital in Assam round out the group.

The agency warned folks to check the roster before heading to a clinic. The society stated that beneficiaries should "avail treatment at hospitals currently empanelled under the scheme to ensure coverage." Use the official website at cmhis.nagaland.gov.in to confirm status before booking a visit.
