Kohima: KROS College Kohima hosted its 2026 graduation ceremony on July 31 at the KROS Multipurpose Covered Court. The event marked the end of an academic journey for the Class of 2026 under the theme, Milestones and New Beginnings. Pastor Kaba Arep Tzudir opened the day with an invocation and prayer of blessing.
Chief guest Prof. N. Venuh, the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Nagaland University Kohima Campus at Meriema, spoke to the crowd. He told the graduates, "urged the graduates to uphold the values of integrity, perseverance and lifelong learning, while encouraging them to face future challenges with confidence and contribute meaningfully to society."
Dr. Vehutalu Vero, the IQAC coordinator and assistant professor of history, announced the official conferment of degrees. Prof. Venuh then handed out the degrees and recognized high-performing students with awards. Awon Keishing from the Department of English earned the Nagaland University Second Rank. Heinchale from the Department of History earned the Ninth Rank.
Awon Keishing delivered the final valedictory address. She thanked the faculty, parents, and the institution for their steady support during the students' time at the college.
