Guwahati: A fast-food shop dispute turned violent in Doddathoguru near Electronic City on October 29. Three workers from Assam faced a brutal beating. The attackers, identified as Nagaraj, Chandru, and Devaraj, allegedly started the fight because the noodles they ordered were too spicy. Police say the trio appeared drunk during the confrontation.

The argument boiled over quickly. The attackers shoved Deepak Thapa, Hema, and Lakshmi Lama to the ground, then proceeded to punch and kick them. A bystander tried to step in and stop the violence. The group chased him down and assaulted him too.

Local residents filmed the chaos on their phones. One video shows a victim curled on the ground as the attackers rain blows on him. When officers arrived at the scene, Hema showed them the physical marks from the fight. According to police reports, "A case has been registered at the Electronic City Police Station, and further investigation is underway."
