Shillong: The East Khasi Hills District Administration kicked off a 90-day campaign to capture biometrics and boost Aadhaar enrollment across all blocks and specific villages. Officials intend to speed up Aadhaar seeding for residents to unlock access to government aid.
This drive covers MGNREGA, the Meghalaya Health Insurance Scheme, NFSA rations, and student scholarships. It also benefits those seeking old-age pensions or LPG connections.
