Guwahati: Assam BJP MLA Pallab Lochan Das is pushing the One Minister, One University initiative to pull the state’s youth closer to the government. He spoke in Guwahati this week. The project aims to mend broken ties between public leaders and the younger generation.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants his team to actively guide young people toward a stable and cultured future. Das voiced worry over vulnerable kids falling for anti-social elements. He believes society must grasp the emotions and aspirations of the next generation to keep them on the right track. Leaders must listen. Frequent contact will help officials identify specific needs and provide better career opportunities.

Das describes the work as a positive campaign to build lasting trust. "Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged leaders to connect with young people and guide them towards a positive and cultured future," Das said. By fostering these university ties, the government expects to inject new hope into the lives of students across Assam.
