The final measure, the Arunachal Pradesh Airport Area Development Authority Bill, 2026, sets rules for construction near aviation hubs. It creates a formal system for sustainable growth in these zones. The government says the mandate helps future urban growth while ensuring "systematic development around airport zones." These three initiatives prioritize economic facilitation, public safety, and planned urban progress for the state.
