Zunheboto Hosts Disability Medical Camp on September 11

Kohima: The Zunheboto District Legal Services Authority and Hezukhu Memorial District Hospital are teaming up. They will hold a medical camp for Persons with Disabilities on September 11. The event starts at 10 a.m. at the Town Hall in Zunheboto.

Doctors will screen attendees and perform medical assessments. Staff will issue disability certificates to those who qualify. Organizers say they will provide guidance on rights, entitlements, and welfare schemes. They will also offer legal assistance to help people get free services and government benefits. The organizers said, "Persons requiring further medical or legal assistance will be guided and facilitated accordingly."
