Postal Officials to Host Grievance Hearing in Shillong

Shillong: The Meghalaya Division of the Department of Posts is opening its doors to the public. Officials will hold a divisional-level Dak Adalat on October 9 at 11:30 am to hear and fix ongoing service grievances. The event takes place at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices in Shillong.

You must act fast. All written complaints need to arrive at the office by October 8. If you miss this deadline, your file goes into the standard administrative system instead. The postal department remains firm on this timeline.

Send your letters to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Meghalaya Division, Shillong-793001. You can also drop them off by hand or shoot an email to [email protected]. Make sure to include the subject line "Dak Adalat" in your correspondence to ensure your issue is processed.
