Agartala: Tripura Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury is launching the Seva Jyoti Yatra to deliver welfare schemes and development programs directly to the public. The campaign aims to bring government services to every corner of the state. Chowdhury met with department heads on October 3 at the West Tripura District Magistrate office to map out the logistics.

Officials from police, education, health, agriculture, urban development, and social welfare departments sat in on the planning session. The Agartala Municipal Corporation, PWD, Public Health Engineering, forest, and panchayat representatives also attended. The minister demanded strict coordination and clear task distribution to hit targets at the field level. He expects staff to plan ahead and stay focused on results.

The government wants these benefits to reach every demographic. Public cooperation remains a top priority. "Service, coordination and public welfare must move forward together," Chowdhury said. He believes these collective efforts will strengthen the bond between the state and its citizens by addressing local needs at the grassroots level.
