The league also banned indiscriminate poster pasting and property damage. Campaigns should avoid big gatherings and the distribution of intoxicating substances. Candidates and supporters must maintain discipline to protect the dignity of the institution. All stakeholders must work together to ensure the process remains fair and accountable.
