Kohima: Kohima Campus secured the overall championship at the 3rd Nagaland University Inter-Campus Meet 2026. The five-day competition gathered students from the Lumami, Kohima, and Medziphema campuses. They met under the theme, “The Spectrum of Expression: Mind, Muscle, Melodies.”
Athletes competed in football, volleyball, and basketball. Indoor events included table tennis and badminton. Students also faced off in arm wrestling, e-sports, debates, and various arts like photography, painting, and rangoli. Cultural displays featured folk and classical dance alongside western music performances.
Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof N Venuh served as the special guest for the closing ceremony. He urged the students to remember their shared university identity despite their geographic distance. “He emphasised the importance of upholding unity and strengthening bonds among students across the three campuses,” the university reported.
