Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Health and Family Welfare Minister Biyuram Wahge joined Namsai MLA Zingnu Namchoom to lay the foundation stone for a new blood bank at Namsai District Hospital. This project aims to fix gaps in emergency care. It will secure faster access to blood for patients in need.
Wahge toured the facility during his visit. He inspected the oxygen plant, mortuary, and CT scan room. The minister reviewed the site to gauge current medical infrastructure and service capacity. He noted the high volume of patients arriving at the hospital doors every day.
The minister praised the staff for their hard work under pressure. He promised the state government would continue backing the hospital. Wahge pledged his full support for future upgrades to local healthcare systems. As the minister stated, he remains committed to "strengthen healthcare infrastructure and services at the District Hospital in the future."
