Stay away from river banks. Do not go fishing or picnicking. The district wants to avoid any eventualities during the monsoon. Nguori expects people to act with caution while the weather remains severe.

"As a precautionary measure, the general public has been advised to refrain from venturing out to the river banks for picnic, fishing etc. to avoid any eventualities," the official statement reads.
