Pantaloons Launches First Retail Store in Dimapur

Kohima: Pantaloons opened its first shop in Dimapur, Nagaland, on September 4. The new retail space covers over 23,000 square feet. It marks the brand's first move into the state and grows its footprint throughout the Northeast. The store stocks clothing and accessories for men, women, and children, ranging from daily basics to ethnic wear and contemporary fashion.

The company built the shop as a fashion playground. It follows the brand philosophy of Spark Your Imagination to help shoppers define their style. The store held a runway show for the launch. Twenty-two local college students walked the floor as part of the Pantaloons Style University program. These students learned from Mele Pucho, President of The Beauty and Aesthetic Society of Nagaland, while Nikali Shohe, Miss India Nagaland 2026, handled the choreography.

This Dimapur site fits a wider plan to hit emerging markets across the region. Pantaloons wants to bring fresh collections to local buyers. The brand aims to offer a space for customers to discover their look. According to an official update, the company designed the space as a “fashion playground,” aimed at encouraging customers to experiment.
