Security remains a priority. Report suspicious objects to police immediately. Keep stall areas clear for foot traffic and ensure all vendors hold Dimapur Municipal Council permits. The Samiti warned that "any unruly behaviour or disturbance to communal harmony would be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law."

Processions start at 8 am on Wednesday, October 21. Groups must gather at Khermahal near Hemkunt Motors. Only light vehicles like Tata Mobiles or Bolero pickups can join the trip to the Hindu Immersion Ghat at Purana Bazar. Each group gets 15 entry cards. Listen to the volunteers.
