Linguistic Minority Forum of Nagaland Sends Durga Puja Greetings

Kohima: The Linguistic Minority Forum of Nagaland, or LMFN, sent warm Durga Puja greetings to residents today. The message reached non-Naga community groups, Hindu organizations, and temple committees throughout the state. Chairman Bishnu Bhattacharjee wants unity.

Bhattacharjee urged people to embrace their specific cultures, traditions, and religious beliefs. He asked for mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. He expects the blessings of Goddess Durga to deliver peace, happiness, good health, and prosperity to every household in Nagaland.

Durga Puja means more than just faith. It serves as an opportunity to reinforce brotherhood and harmony among diverse groups. Bhattacharjee wants citizens to uphold the spirit of "Unity in Diversity" while working toward an inclusive, prosperous state where every person earns dignity and respect.

He challenged the public to rise above their differences. He wants people to preserve their cultural heritage and respect the religious beliefs of others. "May Goddess Durga bless the people of Nagaland with peace, prosperity, happiness and lasting harmony," he said, calling for a celebration defined by shared values and togetherness.
