West Jaintia Hills leads the state with a 98.94 percent distribution rate. South West Garo Hills follows at 97.77 percent, then North Garo Hills at 95.12 percent. South West Khasi Hills reached 90.37 percent, while East Garo Hills hit 88.84 percent. Digitization progress varies by region. East Jaintia Hills leads that category with 41.55 percent, trailed by South West Khasi Hills at 40.31 percent, Eastern West Khasi Hills at 36.73 percent, South West Garo Hills at 34.01 percent, and West Garo Hills at 33.23 percent.
