Kohima: Hevukhu Aye died September 26. The veteran GPRN/NSCN member hailed from Amboto Old Village. He was a dedicated soldier. The organisation's Ministry of Information and Publicity confirmed his passing through a press release issued in Dimapur on September 27.
Aye served the national cause for decades. His work began in the Lotha Region before he took on various other roles within the group. He displayed grit and loyalty throughout his career. Fellow members and comrades will honour his contributions for years to come.
The loss hit the organisation hard. The GPRN/NSCN said, "His years of service stand as a record of his commitment and his contributions will be remembered by fellow members and comrades with due honour and respect."
Leadership joined the bereaved family in mourning his death. They expressed sincere sympathy and heartfelt condolences to his relatives and friends. They prayed that the Almighty would grant the family strength and peace, hoping that his memories provide them with comfort.
