Yadav praised the district as the Land of Opportunities. He urged officials to run programs with transparency and efficiency to ensure benefits reach every deserving citizen. He noted, "Development should be measured not merely by the number of schemes implemented but by their positive impact on the lives of the people."

DC Polan John chaired the session. He detailed the district profile. Created in December 2021 as Nagaland’s 15th district, it anchors local growth. Assets include the Agro-Food Processing Unit at Ganeshnagar, the Collection and Processing Centre at Rüzaphema, and Bamboo Resource and Honey Bee Mission Centres. The Governor heard from groups like the Chakhroma Public Organisation, Western Sümi Hoho, NTUCT, and Hindu Samaj. Officials from Social Welfare, Agriculture, and NHIDCL presented updates during a session led by SDO Shreyansee Jain. The visit ended with direct talks between the Governor and scheme beneficiaries to gauge the impact of current initiatives.
