Agartala: Agartala-based startup Fueler just hit 140,000 registered members. It is the first tech company in Tripura to reach this size. The platform lets students and professionals build portfolios based on actual work rather than traditional resumes. Members document projects, internships, and freelance tasks to grab the attention of recruiters.
Founder Riten Debnath believes the growth marks a change in how people launch careers. He says, "Talent is everywhere. Opportunity, however, is often unevenly distributed."
Fueler connects creators, designers, marketers, and early-career pros with top agencies and startups. The firm collaborates with outfits like GrowthX, Growth School, LEAP, Scaler, Flexiple, Buzzlab, Inagiffy, Owled, Topmate, and FinFloww. They also partner with creators including Ansh Mehra, Vaibhav Sisinty, Sindu Biswal, and Ishan Sharma.
Users frequently land jobs at major companies. This list includes Microsoft, PayPal, GitLab, YourStory, Cautio, Ugaoo, HackerRank, and AppsForBharat. The company proves that high-growth tech ventures do not need to operate from established hubs to succeed. Debnath claims the platform is only getting started.
