Tripura Reinstates IAS Officer Dhiman Chakma Despite Bribery Probe

Agartala: The Tripura government has officially reinstated IAS officer Dhiman Chakma. His return to duty comes even as a bribery case against him continues to move through the legal system.

Chakma had previously been suspended following allegations of corruption. Officials confirmed that while he is back in his professional role, the ongoing investigation into the reported bribery remains a priority for state authorities.
