State Evaluators Complete Two-Day Training Workshop in Kohima

Kohima: The Department of Evaluation wrapped up a two-day capacity building workshop at the Directorate Conference Hall in Kohima. Staff members gathered to master the basics of development evaluation, monitoring, and learning. Better data drives better results. The state aims to boost the quality and effectiveness of all its evaluation practices through this intensive training.

Sunder Subramanian led the sessions as the principal resource person. He is an acclaimed Independent International Development Consultant. His instruction focused on the core concepts needed to track development projects effectively. The department hopes this training keeps staff sharp in the field.
