NSCN-IM Chakhesang Region Renews Pledge to Framework Agreement

Kohima: The Chakhesang Region of the NSCN-IM publicly doubled down on its loyalty to the organization. Secretary Mhaseleo Rhakho issued the statement on July 15. The group remains firm. They officially validated a declaration from July 15, 2025.

This resolution pledges total confidence in the collective leadership. The list includes President Q. Tuccu, Vice President Tongmeth Wangnao, Ato Kilonser Th. Muivah, and Deputy Ato Kilonser V.S. Atem. The region claims this mandate is binding for all members. They stated the group maintains "unwavering support and confidence" in these leaders.

Unity is their stated goal. The region insists that mutual trust and collective responsibility drive the Naga cause forward. They stand behind the Framework Agreement, the Naga national flag, the Yezhabo, and the push for Naga integration. Leaders view these items as the foundation of Naga identity.
