Naga Club Calls for Emergency Aid for Mon Disaster Victims

Kohima: The Naga Club is asking citizens, churches, and businesses to send help. Families in Mon, Tizit, and Naginimora lost homes and food supplies to recent disasters. People need basics to survive.

The club needs rice, dal, cooking oil, potatoes, onions, salt, sugar, and tea. They also want blankets, pillows, mosquito nets, kitchen utensils, buckets, mugs, and toiletries. Donors can send new or clean used clothes.

The group noted that their mission is to provide comfort to those in need. "Every contribution, irrespective of its size, would provide comfort and hope to those facing difficult circumstances," the club stated in its appeal.

Bring items to the collection centre at VANDA, APMC Market, PR Hills, below NSF Martyrs’ Park in Kohima. Robert N. Solo manages the site. Call him at 7005368147 or 9856141569 for details.

Get a receipt for your donation. Mark if the goods are meant for Mon, Tizit, or Naginimora to ensure they reach the right families. The club aims to show unity through these relief efforts.
