Kohima: The Department of Posts is clearing the air. The divisional-level Dak Adalat for September 2026 hits the Kohima Head Post Office at 11 am this September 3. It serves as a clearinghouse for postal grievances.
Residents can show up in person to air concerns or push for service improvements. Digital access is open for those stuck elsewhere. Join the session through Google Meet at https://meet.google.com/gff-muzn-wyb.
Officials want your feedback. Submit any complaints or suggestions before the event date to ensure they hit the agenda. You can mail materials to the Office of the Director, Postal Services, Nagaland Division, Kohima-797001, or shoot an email to dpsnagaland@gmail.com. The department stated the "Dak Adalat will entertain grievances relating to postal services for redressal."
