Agartala: Tipra Motha founder Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarma plans to overhaul his political machine. He will restructure the party and its affiliated wings immediately following the upcoming Village Committee elections in Tripura. The move targets the Tipra Youth Federation, Tipra Women’s Federation, Tipra Indigenous Students’ Federation, and the Tipra Citizens’ Federation.

Debbarma wants loyalists only. He intends to fill his ranks with honest, committed members who align with his vision for the state and the country. He warned against hangers-on. There is no room for those playing the system for personal gain.

Debbarma made his position clear on social media regarding the upcoming changes. "The entire TYF, TWF, TISF, TCF and the Tipra Motha party will be restructured after the VC elections," he said. He added, "Those who are honest, committed and share the vision of a better future for our state and nation will know what I am saying. There will be no space for opportunistic people." The shakeup aims to bolster the party’s grassroots presence across Tripura.
