Agartala: Tipra Motha founder Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarma plans a massive overhaul of his party and its affiliated organizations. The restructuring will begin immediately after the upcoming Village Committee (VC) elections conclude in Tripura. He aims to purge the ranks of those chasing personal gain. Opportunists are out.

The reorganization targets the main party structure as well as several frontal wings. Specifically, it includes the Tipra Youth Federation (TYF) or Youth Tipra Federation (YTF), Tipra Women’s Federation (TWF), Tipra Indigenous Students’ Federation (TISF), and the Tipra Citizens’ Federation (TCF) or Tipra Cultural Forum (TCF). Pradyot stated the process seeks to install members who prioritize the welfare of the state and the country over themselves.

Pradyot addressed the membership through social media and a formal statement. He demanded commitment. "The entire TYF, TWF, TISF, TCF and the Tipra Motha party will be restructured after the VC elections," Debbarma said. He emphasized that the new team will consist of honest, dedicated workers who align with his vision for the future. No other party leaders have commented on the plan yet, and a specific timeline for the changes remains unannounced.
