Gangtok: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang presided over a significant distribution event at Manan Kendra this Monday, providing comprehensive support to beneficiaries gathered from across the state. The initiative focused on advancing the administration's welfare agenda, which encompasses education, housing, self-employment, and essential community infrastructure.
During the ceremony, the Chief Minister facilitated aid through several key government programs, including the Nar Bahadur Bhandari Fellowship and a dedicated laptop distribution drive designed to enhance digital literacy among students. Housing support was provided through the Sikkim Garib Aawas Yojana, while financial assistance was directed toward residents via the Chief Minister's Education Assistance Scheme and the Chief Minister's Self Employment Assistance Scheme.
