Shillong: Dominic Dkhar Ngapkynta died Wednesday. He was a retired staffer at the North Eastern Council Secretariat in Nongrim Hills. He lived in Nongshilliang Block-1, Nongthymmai.
He is survived by his wife, Dantina L Mawlong. Friends and family will gather at 1 pm this Friday for the funeral service at the Catholic cemetery in Nongshilliang Nongthymmai.
