NNC/FGN Warns Public Against Imposter Tax Collectors

Kohima: The NNC/FGN has publicly denounced three individuals apprehended recently for posing as national workers while operating in Kohima and Dimapur. The group identified the trio as Senlo Khing, Kitoho H. Zhimomi, and Tovito Kiba, labeling them as pseudo workers who have assumed self-attested ranks to conduct illicit activities.

Rali wali kilonser Vepozo Chuzo stated that the group is using the current political climate as a cover to run a profitable racket. According to the organization, these individuals have “not contributed a single day’s sweat to the Naga cause” and are actively exploiting the public through illegal taxation. Chuzo emphasized that these men lack any true understanding of the Yehzabo or the core political aspirations of the Naga people.

The NNC/FGN is urging residents to remain vigilant and avoid interacting with these individuals. The statement warned that their actions are damaging the reputation of the organization. Beyond the financial crimes, the group also condemned rising social issues, including acts of sexual depravity, which they described as alien to traditional Naga values. The NNC/FGN called on the public to help protect the moral integrity and dignity of the nation by rejecting these anti-national elements.
