Eastern Naga Students' Federation schedules 27th emergency federal assembly

Kohima: The Eastern Naga Students' Federation has scheduled its 27th emergency federal assembly for June 26 at 10 am. Hosted by the Phom Students' Conference, the meeting will take place in Bura Namsang village within the Longleng district of Nagaland.

Delegates will focus on urgent matters regarding public welfare, education, and youth advancement throughout the eastern region. The federation describes the upcoming gathering as a venue to cultivate "unity, wisdom and prudent resolve to forge remedies for the common good."

The federation has issued a call for all advisory board members, presidents, general secretaries, and speakers of its federating units to participate. Officials are expected to arrive in Bura Namsang by June 25, with the local student union managing delegate accommodations. Additionally, the federation has extended invitations to three representatives each from the Eastern Naga People's Organization and the Eastern Naga Women's Organization.
