Kohima: Crews began tearing down the old building at the Nagaland State Transport station in Dimapur on September 7. The site is making room for new construction projects. It is a messy job. The local NST Assistant General Manager issued a formal public notice regarding the ongoing work.
Authorities want all vehicles out of the complex immediately. The station serves as an active work zone now. Parking your car there carries high risks. The notice warned that owners park at their own peril during the demolition phase.
The agency refuses to accept liability for smashed glass or dented metal. The notice stated, "no complaints whatsoever will be entertained" if a vehicle sustains damage on the property. Stay away until officials clear the site for public use again.
