Dimapur Police Push Back Vehicle Document Deadline

Kohima: Dimapur Police gave drivers a reprieve. They pushed the deadline for vehicle document compliance back by 30 days to November 11. The order covers all motor vehicle owners and drivers operating within the region.

This extension follows an initial notice regarding document standards sent out on September 11. The Deputy Commissioner of Police for Crime and PRO issued a press release on Friday to confirm the change. The department wants everyone to fix their paperwork during this grace period.

Officials expect full cooperation. "Those concerned have been asked to use the extended period to update, renew or obtain the required vehicle documents within the stipulated time," the release stated. Keep your files current to avoid trouble.
