Chakhesang Students Union Reaffirms Opposition to NH-29 Project Delays

Kohima: The Chakhesang Students Union expressed its firm opposition regarding the slow pace of the NH-29 two-lane Package-II project. Union representatives solidified this stance during the first assembly for their 2026 to 2028 tenure.

The meeting took place on May 23 at Phek village. Members discussed the lack of progress on the road infrastructure and maintained their commitment to addressing the ongoing delays.
