Naga Youth Movement Praises BJP Leader for Office Support

Kohima: The Naga Youth Movement thanked BJP Nagaland State President Benjamin Yepthomi for supporting their new administrative office in Dimapur. The group confirmed the gift on October 3. Yepthomi provided a computer set, a printer, and a Smart TV. This gear keeps the office running. These tools will help the movement operate more effectively during daily tasks.

Yepthomi met with organization members to hear their concerns. He offered encouragement to the youth. The group noted that Nagas face important talks about their political future, unity, and development. They believe leaders who engage with the younger generation set a strong example. The movement specifically looks for an honourable and lasting solution to the Naga political issue.

The NYM remains focused on public awareness, accountability, systemic reform, and the protection of Naga rights. They hold firm to the values found in the NYM White Paper, formerly known as Fed-Up Nagas. The movement issued a public appeal for backing. They stated, "The movement welcomed genuine support from all stakeholders who believe in the potential of Naga youth and a peaceful, lasting solution to the Naga political issue." They intend to continue their work with sincerity and independence.
