Agartala: The Bharatiya Janata Kisan Morcha installed its new state committee on Sunday. Leaders met at the BJP state headquarters in Agartala for the official introduction and a strategy session. Senior party figures, including Minister Ratan Lal Nath and State Secretary Kamal Dey, attended the meeting to set the group's future course.
State BJP president Abhishek Debroy addressed the gathering. He challenged the new committee to expand their influence across Tripura by solving problems faced by local cultivators. Debroy told the team, "I firmly believe that under your capable leadership and organized efforts, the Kisan Morcha will grow stronger in the days ahead and reach new heights in ensuring the welfare of our annadata farmers."
Kisan Morcha State president Pradip Baran Roy joined other top officials to map out the organization's next steps. The committee aims to build a robust platform to support the agricultural sector. They are tasked with deepening the party connection to farmers across the state.
