Kohima: Tovra Works, a skill development brand in Nagaland, signed a formal agreement with the Nagaland State AIDS Control Society's City Barn initiative on June 10. The partnership, signed in Kohima by NSACS project director Ahu Sekhose and Tovra Works co-founder Tiarenla Rutsa, aims to tackle the dual challenges of unemployment and social vulnerability among local youth.

The collaboration creates a referral system designed to provide young people within the City Barn network direct access to career training. This initiative seeks to offer a supportive environment that bypasses existing social stigma while helping participants transition into stable employment.

According to an official statement, the two groups have come together to address the "dangerous intersection of unemployment, purposelessness and vulnerability" currently facing the state's younger population. By combining health and wellness support with vocational guidance, the organizations hope to build sustainable pathways for long-term growth.
