Shillong: The Rabindranath Tagore Club brought the 16th Inter Shillong Cultural Event 2026 to life on Sunday. Competitors gathered at the Laban Bengalee Boys Higher Secondary School for English and Bengali recitation contests. The event drew a crowd to the Laban neighborhood.
Organizers confirmed the schedule remains packed for the coming weeks. Fun games and a dance competition featuring Hindi songs will occupy the same venue on August 9. Local participants expect a busy day of activities.
