Agartala: Tripura police busted a massive drug stash on Sunday, August 9. Officers arrested Dulal Majumder and his son, Sagar Majumder, after uncovering 122.100 kg of dried cannabis hidden under their floorboards. The pair operated out of their home in the Manaipathar area, located under the P.R. Bari police station in South Tripura district.
Authorities acted on a tip-off to raid the property. A team led by SI Ratan Rabi Das, alongside SIs Niran Debbarma and Bikash Debnath, executed the search.
