Kohima: Local officials and community representatives met at the EAC Office in Nokhu on June 12, 2026, to coordinate on upcoming government initiatives. The session focused on preparations for the Census 2027, the Special Intensive Revision process, and the ongoing progress of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.

EAC Nokhu, Apuloka H Sumi, led the discussions regarding the importance of the census process and the implementation of the anti-drug campaign. Attendees included Nodal Officer Dr. Chongya, Programme Manager J Khumong, along with various village elders, Gaon Buras, and civil society members.
