Shillong: NIT Meghalaya is hiring. The institute needs a Junior Research Fellow for a project focused on developing printed electrochemical sensors. These sensors aim to help optimize Levodopa doses for patients suffering from Parkinson's disease. The school needs one person for the role.
Applicants need specific credentials. You must hold an M.Tech or M.E. in fields like microelectronics or semiconductor sensors. Candidates with an M.Sc. in Chemistry or Physics and a valid GATE or NET qualification are also eligible. Graduates with a B.Tech or B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering qualify if they hold a CGPA above 8.0 and a valid GATE score. Experience in quantum simulation or semiconductor devices is required.
The pay is steady. The fellow will earn INR 37,000 per month for the first two years. This jumps to INR 42,000 per month for the third year.
