Guwahati: Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh convened a meeting at the Secretariat to hash out the details for an upcoming month-long campaign. The initiative, titled Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, demands total cooperation from state agencies. Planning remains the priority.
Deputy Chief Minister Smt. Nemcha Kipgen joined the session via video call. She sat in alongside Deputy Chief Minister Shri Losii Dikho and Home Minister Shri Govindas Konthoujam. Chief Secretary Shri Rajeev Singh Thakur and various administrative secretaries also filled the room to map out departmental roles. Success requires a unified front.
The Chief Minister pressed the group to sync their efforts and sharpen their focus. He stressed the importance of coordinated action to reach the campaign goals. During the briefing, Khemchand Singh noted the objective is for "ensuring effective participation at the administrative level" across all involved branches of government.
