Kohima: The Khadi and Village Industries Commission achieved a historic financial milestone, recording its highest ever sales of Rs 1.87 lakh crore during the 2025-26 fiscal year. This figure represents a significant growth for the organization as it continues to expand its reach across the nation.

KVIC Chairman Manoj Kumar announced these provisional results in New Delhi on May 26. The data reflects the ongoing success of the commission in promoting village industries and traditional goods to a broader consumer market.
